Max Satanove

 Max  is an 88 year old from Edmonton Alberta who has being conducting surveys of food prices in Edmonton every week since October 11, 1988.  He plans to keep at it until he's 90 when he figures it is time for a break.

He spends about 25 hours a week of his own time and expense conducting his survey, typing up the results on his Swintec typewriter. He then mails faxes, and hand-delivers the results to over forty different organizations across Canada.
